Home as is with brand new AC for $20,000, $60,000 Anderson Windows upgrade, new electric panel and wiring and subpanel, plumbing, redone, Tankless water heater installed, etc. Foundation leveled in front half. Also brand new natural gas furnaces. Only changes to this would be, rewire was front half of the house.
