Rex Womack, Broker is a lifelong resident of North Texas and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, Collin County Association of Realtors, the North Texas Real Estate Information System (MLS), and the Leonard Chamber of Commerce. 

Rex has extensive experience in real estate valuation, working for more than 12 years in the appraisal sector of real estate where he provided valuation services for the lending institutions and individuals on residential, commercial and unimproved land. In addition to the numerous real estate sales and appraisal related courses, Rex holds the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), an undergraduate degree in Fire Science and a graduate degree in Public Administration.

Providing great customer service and adding value to lives of his clients is what drives Rex.  Real estate transactions can be very stressful and at times confusing, having a professional that you trust take the lead, can take away much of the stress.
