7000 square feet Showroom, office, half bath, automotive shop, and a storage room on the southeast corner of the Brady Square. This is a single story building with large vaulted ceilings. The electricity works. Beautiful brick exterior with large framed original windows. The plumbing has been disabled for at least 20 years. It didn't deteriorate, it was purposefully cut from water at the time. The roof needs patching or replacing, it is a flat sloping roof. Selling as is with contents.
History: The Simpson building was built in 1928 by B. Simpson for his then Simpson and Company Chevrolet dealership. These old newspaper Ads are on the windows just to help share the history of the building.

In 1934, and presumably several times, the building and automotive showroom was used to host community dances and square dances. In January 1934 a dance was hosted to celebrate Franklin D. Roosevelt's birthday. This article is also in the window.

Owned by his widow Mrs. B Simpson from his death in 1937 until 1973 when it sold to Roy Shaw who made it the home of White's Automotive. It later became the location for A.J. Ricks' Ricks Home Furnishings' Budget House for buying and selling used furniture. In 1993 William Ricks, A.J.'s son purchased the building and it became a storage and auction house for his Ricks Mini Storage business. In 98 years, this building has been owned by only 3 families.
