Imagine fixing up a one-story 4-bedroom 4.5 bath one story home for your daughters to have a safe and comfortable haven for their last 3 years at Baylor. This is it! We made numerous improvements for safety and enjoyment, including enlarging the parking area in front by pouring extra concrete to accommodate 8 cars, and adding exterior motion lighting and party lights in the backyard. We added exterior cameras and more concrete in the backyard, and even a fire pit for long talks and great times around the fire. The shingles were replaced with 40-year shingles in 2023. The interior and exterior were painted as well. On the inside, the concrete flooring is stained throughout for easy maintenance. The large kitchen is loaded with high-end appliances to include, dishwasher, a smooth top electric stove, a microwave, and a large fridge with water and ice in the door. All four bedrooms can easily fit a queen-sized bed, each has a walk-in closet with a small safe, and a full bath. Each bedroom has a separate keyed lock. There are two water heaters for plenty of hot water, an inside laundry room with a washer and dryer that will remain. The house shows well and has been an awesome place for the girls. Now it's time for new memories and new faces!
