Just down the street from Fritz park where they have Amphitheatre, Disc Golf, Ball Fields, Petting Farm, Pond, Stream, Walking and much more. Everything a kid needs growing up!

The kitchen cabinets and all flooring have been removed. This is a 4-1.5 that could be easily converted to a 3-2. I was told the roof is 3 years old. I inspected and looks to be accurate. Roof will need flashing repair where we removed carport. Water heater is only a couple years old. AC and Heating system is older and may need to be checked out.
There is a 14X18 shed on a solid foundation which needs re-sided and re-roofed. You could run water and sewer and possibly rent it or use it as a mother in-law suite.
